Description
Monarda didyma 'Panorama Red' also known as bee balm is a superb variety with distinctive deep red flower heads.
Each plant bears up to 20 long stems. They bloom profusely, are as long-lasting as they are dramatic and are excellent for cutting. They are also extremely attractive to bees and butterflies.
The plant has a long flowering season, from early summer to early autumn, and will bloom almost continuously if dead-headed periodically.

| What to do next |
For seeds sown indoors, when seedlings are large enough to handle and all risk of frost has passed, acclimatise indoor raised seedlings to outdoor conditions over 7 to 10 days. Then transplant into final growing position planting them 30cm (12in) apart. |
